Move In Concierge/Coordinator (Residential/Non-Labor)
CWD Group is seeking a highly-skilled and self-motivated Move In Concierge/Monitor for our high-end condominiums the Seattle area and Eastside.
The Move In Concierge oversees and coordinates a resident’s move into their new home. This includes directing movers and residents on the designated move path. You are the one point of contact and liaison for the external customer and all participating agents providing excellent follow through while maintaining quality assurance at every level of assistance and action.
This role may require you to stand on a step ladder to install elevator padding, walk and stand for a period of 4 hours. This role does not require the packing or moving of resident boxes and property

Schedule:
- Moves are scheduled in 4-to-8-hour shifts between the hours of starting at 8:00AM and ending by 6:00PM daily Monday-Saturday
- Actual start and end time, and length of shift may vary, employees will be paid for a minimum of 4 hours per shift
- Hours are not guaranteed as shifts are determined based on resident needs.

Locations and Transportation:
Reliable transportation (car, bus or other method) to be able to travel to multiple locations required. Resident moves are scheduled in the greater Seattle area and Eastside including Kirkland, Issaquah and Bellevue.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES:
- Maintain communication throughout the move process with service coordinator, building management, concierge staff, homeowners and delivery personnel.
- Provides specific guidelines and information to residents and delivery personnel to ensure there are no unforeseen obstacles to move/delivery.
- Manages accessibility to garage/loading dock areas to ensure space is available for delivery trucks and or moving vans.
- Ensures appropriate freight elevators are designated and ready for moves or deliveries.
- Set up and maintain all records on each move.
- Documents pre/post site condition to ensure any new damage to common areas are recorded.
- Communicate any damage to appropriate parties.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Must be diplomatic and flexible.
- Experience in customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proven problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills
- Must be willing to work evening and weekends.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
PHYSICAL ABILITIES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to stand on a cement surface for 4 hours at a time. Able to walk at distances of 350-450 feet from lobby elevators to garage door.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Climb step ladder to install and remove elevator padding
- Able to work in indoor and outdoor temperatures.
- Work around delivery trucks and equipment.
- Demonstrated to keep simple records and follow procedures.
