We own and manage multiple apartment communities throughout the Tallahassee area and are looking for Entry-Level Maintenance Technicians to join our growing team. No prior maintenance experience is required. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, certification opportunities, and a clear path for career advancement.

What You'll Do
- Assist with apartment turns and make-ready work
- Complete basic maintenance, repairs and preventative maintenance tasks
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property
- Assist senior maintenance personnel with service requests and projects
- Learn industry best practices in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid, non-expired driver's license
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Authorization to work in the United States
- OSHA 10 certification preferred, but not required
