Role:
Serve as the primary financial relationship manager for new and existing credit union members. Provide comprehensive financial guidance and support across multiple banking services. Act as a trusted advisor in helping members navigate their financial journey. Work in a fast-paced setting where member needs are prioritized and the ability to quickly resolve complex inquiries while maintaining high-quality service.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Facilitate comprehensive deposit account services, including account opening, maintenance, and closure. Originate, process, and maintain consumer loans, ensuring compliance with credit union policies and regulatory requirements. Provide expert guidance on credit union products and services. Proactively identify and recommend tailored financial solutions that optimize members' financial well-being through strategic product offerings and personalized service. Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with members to understand and meet their evolving financial needs. Serve as a primary point of contact for members seeking financial solutions and advice.
- Provide assistance to other departments, including Branch Operations, ITM Balancing, and other critical organizational functions as required.
- Performs other job related duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills:
Experience: One year to three years of similar or related experience.
Education: A high school education or GED.
Interpersonal Skills: Serves as a key communication liaison, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaborative problem-solving, build professional relationships, and resolve potential conflicts with diplomacy and strategic communication. Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills in managing sensitive, confidential interactions with tact, discretion, and a commitment to maintaining organizational integrity.
Other Skills: Working knowledge of related computer systems and applications.
Physical Requirements: Be able to sit at a desk and perform job functions on the computer for long periods of time.
