Maintenance Director – Long-Term Care Facility – Warren, OH
Community Skilled Health Care is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to oversee our facility in Warren, Ohio. This is an ideal role for someone with a background in long-term care (LTC) facilities who can maintain a safe, comfortable environment and manage a small maintenance team.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily maintenance operations for the LTC facility.
Ensure HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems are operating efficiently.
Supervise, train, and schedule two maintenance staff members.
Maintain compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA and state standards.
Implement preventive maintenance programs and manage repair schedules.
Coordinate with vendors and manage the maintenance budget.
Requirements:
