Our Training Facilitators work in an open-minded, team atmosphere to foster a continuous learning environment throughout the Agency by supporting the professional development of all employees. The position is responsible for providing one-on-one and small group coaching and mentoring. This position works mostly with internal training on various subjects related to developmental disabilities, mandated trainings, leadership development, workforce transformation, supervisor training, policy and procedure training, etc.
