LOCATION: Dublin/Eastman, GA

The Community Service Board of Middle Georgia is seeking a qualified individual to serve as our next RN. This person will be responsible for maintaining complete, accurate healthcare records and reports. Monitoring, recording, and reporting symptoms or change in patients conditions and responses. Working with the medical staff to ensure that the health and safety of our clients are being best taken care of.

Responsibilities of the RN:

• Working with physicians, PA's, NP's via zoom and in clinic.
• Maintaining complete, accurate healthcare records and reports.
• Medication administration, including injections.
• Monitoring patients for side effects or reactions. Phlebotomy.
• Documenting vital signs and psychiatric/medical information.
• Monitoring, recording, and reporting symptoms or change in patients conditions and responses.
• Effectively communicating with patients and their families, providers, and others.
• Complete prior authorizations and patient assistance applications in a timely manner.
• Return phone calls and answer messages.
• Ability to multitask while providing a high standard of care to our patients and be able to work autonomously as a team.
• Maintain HIPAA regulations.

Here are some of the things we require:

• RN must be licensed to practice in the state of Georgia
• Must possess basic computer and typing skills
• Ability to work in adult outpatient as well as child and adolescent outpatient
• Valid Georgia Driver’s License
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse communities
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Office Products
• Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines accordingly
