REGISTERED LINE TECHNICIAN/REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN

Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, utilizing applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to support their growth and development. Session/Appointment preparation of materials at least 10 minutes before session. Successful completion/rendering of session notes with 4-5 sentences using behavioral analytic terms and session information such as time, location, date, client initials, etc. This role involves implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data on client progress, and assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs). The RBT will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and engaging environment for our clients.

Attendance Requirements

• Attend 80% of team meeting in person, via calls, or telehealth meetings
• Ability to work 90% of provided work availability
• Flexibility and willingness to work with different learners in a skill/programs
• Ability to arrive to morning sessions 10-15 minutes early for adequate preparation
• Full time employment is 35 hours

Experience

• Highly Preferred**RBT highly preferred or eligible to sit for RBT examination within 6 months of employment
• Current RLT / RBTs - can provide roof of 40 hours observation training or RBT certification
• Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred. **1 year working with individuals with disabilities and or mental health experience
• High school Diploma/GED required Optional: Associates, Bachelor's , Master's degree
• Preferred **1 year working with individuals with disabilities and or mental health experience
• Required: CPR/BLS or ability to obtain within first 3 months of employment
