Position Summary
Coordinate and participate in the administration and implementation of contract activities; coordinate the evaluation and monitoring of grant and City bunded programs; ensure intended objectives are being met and comply with grant and contract-specific requirements; perform the more technical and complex tasks relative to assigned area of responsibility.

Minimum Education, Experience And Additional Requirements
Education and experience directly related to the minimum requirements below may be interchangeable on a year for year basis.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in public administration, business administration, or social services; and
Three (3) years of experience in any of the following areas; community, social or human services, planning or contract compliance.
To include Two (2) years of supervisory experience.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Possession of a Valid New Mexico Driver’s License, or the ability to obtain by date of hire.
Possession of a valid City Operator’s Permit (COP) within six (6) months from date of hire.

- Principles and practices of contract preparation, development and monitoring
- Basic computer programs, statistical reporting and data analysis/interpretation
- Modern office procedures, methods and equipment including computers
- Principles of supervision, training and performance evaluation
- Pertinent Federal, State and local codes, laws and regulations

- Prepare clear and concise reports
- Communicate clearly and concisely
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work including City officials and the general public
