Salary: $23.00 - $27.00The school project coordinator will help plan, execute, and monitor projects from start to finish to ensure they are ontime. Key responsibilities involve calendaring, communicating, managing project scopes; coordinating with staff,teachers, and community partners; and oversee project progress and communication to resolve issues.~ Manage project plans, define scope, calendaring, create schedules, and allocate resources to meet projectobjectives.~ Serve as the primary point of contact for all staff, administrators, teachers, community partners.~ Facilitate communication and provide regular reports on project status.~ Proactively identify potential problems, manage risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.~ Maintain all project documentation, ensure compliance with school policies and regulations.~ Oversee project implementation, monitor progress, and ensure the final deliverables meet all requirements andobjectives.~ Assist with administrative tasks as needed.~ Provide administration support as needed.~ Other duties as assigned.KNOWLEDGE:Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies; Excellent grammar and proofing skills, and the ability tomaintain accurate and reliable records and data; Google Workspace.SKILLS:Strong project management; Strong interpersonal; Customer service; Multi-tasking and prioritizing; Confidentiality;Problem-solving; Excellent communication; Intermediate Google Workspace skills; Data entry; Using a multi-line phone system.
