Overview:
Hours are 2pm-10pm
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Services Assistants to join our team, to provide support and assistance to residents day to day needs. As a Personal Service Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents. This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on someone's life.
Entry level encouraged to apply. We will train.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, grooming, and dressing in accordance to their individual care plan.
-Pass medication per doctors orders and Licensed Nurse Delegation
- Document and alert administrator to changes or concerns
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide companionship and assist with meaningful activities
- Ensure the rights and dignity of residents are respected at all times
