What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loan Operations Specialist position at Community Resource Bank?
Primary Functions:
This position is located at our main branch, in Northfield, MN and provides loan processing support for the consumer and commercial loan departments. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Preparing loan documents
- Completing file maintenance on loan related accounts
- Completing research related to loans
- Handling all loan related questions and requests
- Boarding Loans on the FISERV system and processing initial activation transactions
- Scanning and Indexing loan files
- Real estate escrow payments
- Reviewing Daily Reports, Process Participations
- Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
Position Requirements:
Recent Banking Experience Preferred
1-2 Years of Experience in a Bank Loan Operations Department a Plus
Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving Skills Required
Strong Organization & Analytical Skills
Proficient Computer Skills
Good Written & Verbal Communication Skills
Positive Attitude & Professionalism

This is a full-time position; Monday-Friday. Competitive compensation and benefits package offered to include: starting pay range of $23.50 - $30.00 per hour, health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, 401(k) and paid-time-off.
