FFT delivers innovative and evidence-based therapy/care to children and teens in foster care toward stable and successful permanency. Through teamwork and with weekly coaching and supervisions, you will grow in confidence and build strong clinical foundations as you provide therapeutic support to both the foster family and with the birth family or other permanency resource. This position offers flexible hours (40 hours/weekly) as well as competitive salary/benefits.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work or other related field required. At least 1 year of experience working with behavioral health service delivery to children, adolescents and families is required. Experience working with the foster care population is preferred. Candidate needs to be able to speak and write fluently in both English and Spanish.
**$3,000 SIGN ON BONUS
