Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management
- Collaborate closely with supervising physicians
- Provide mental health services to geriatric and adult populations
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Build professional relationships with facility staff and families
- Licensed APRN (FNP or Psych) or PA in the state of Illinois
- Experience in psychiatric care strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and work ethic
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
