Role Description
Community Physical Therapy, LLC is seeking a Per Diem Occupational Therapy Assistant for a part-time on-site role in Hanover, MA. The Occupational Therapy Assistant will support the delivery of therapeutic services to patients by implementing established therapy plans under the supervision of licensed occupational therapists. Daily tasks include assisting with patient rehabilitation, documenting progress, collaborating with the therapy team, and ensuring quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation practices
- Strong focus on Patient Care, with a commitment to providing compassionate and effective therapy services
- Experience in Program Development to support individualized care plans and therapy sessions
- Familiarity with Home Care and the ability to support patients in a variety of settings
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license (required)
- Current CPR certification and valid Massachusetts licensure
