We are seeking a motivated, personable, and patient-focused Pharmacist to join our team at our Waldoboro location.

The Waldoboro pharmacy is managed by its founding Pharmacist-in-Charge, who has been with the location since 2013. You’ll have the stability of an experienced leader who knows the patients, prescribers, community, and pharmacy team.

Pharmacy Hours

· Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM

· Saturday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM

· Sunday: Closed

This is a full-time position.

What You’ll Do

· Accurately process and verify prescriptions while supervising the pharmacy team in accordance with state and federal laws, professional standards, and company policies.

· Provide exceptional customer service and thorough patient consultation.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, local prescribers, and other healthcare professionals.

· Collaborate with an experienced pharmacy team to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered pharmacy operations.

· Stay current with evolving pharmacy practices, clinical services, and modern pharmacy trends.

· Contribute ideas and innovations that improve patient care and the pharmacy’s day-to-day operations.

· Help create a positive, welcoming environment for both patients and coworkers.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is energetic, friendly, dependable, and driven, with the ability to multitask and remain calm and organized in a busy pharmacy environment. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys developing relationships with patients and prescribers, values teamwork, and wants the opportunity to have a meaningful role in their pharmacy.
