We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Office Coordinator to support daily office operations and provide administrative, technical, and clerical support to leadership and staff. This role assists the organization in maintaining efficient office operations by managing documentation, supporting office and facility needs, and assisting with records and quality improvement activities.
The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, adaptable, and collaborative, with strong communication and technology skills and a commitment to delivering high‑quality support in a mission‑driven environment.
Salary based on an hourly rate range of $23.00-$26.00
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to leadership and office staff
- Coordinate office operations, meetings, supplies, and staff onboarding logistics
- Manage electronic documents and signature processes
- Support facility coordination, vendors, and office technology needs
- Assist with records maintenance, audits, and quality improvement efforts
- Collaborate across departments and support special projects as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma (or equivalent) is required. Some college coursework is strongly preferred
- A minimum of three (3) years of relevant administrative experience Proficiency with MS Office software is required.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
