The Role:
As the Facilities Coordinator, you will assist with the operation of the agency’s buildings and the facilities maintenance, moves, facility modifications, on-call coverage as scheduled, and providing back-up driving support to the developmental service day programs as needed.:

Your ability to solve problems, explore options and keep things running in great condition are your key assets. What we’re looking for:
- High School diploma or G.E.D
- Facilities services and customer service experience in a commercial environment is preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems
- Ability to operate required equipment, including vehicles equipped with a lift
- Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job
- Hold a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle liability coverage.:
