The Role:
As the Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for making sure that new clients are welcomed in a professional and friendly manner, while making their experience as timely and stress free as possible. You will ensure that registration materials are completed accurately, and that clients understand attendance rights and policy information. You will also be obtaining clients’ insurance information and verifying coverage with their insurance company. While working as an important team member, you will provide coverage when needed at multiple locations.:
This position is part-time up to 35 hours per week. Specific schedule is negotiable.:

You are comfortable talking on the phone, are able to establish trusting relationships both over the phone and in person. You strive to ensure that every person you connect with feels welcomed and cared for because you know how important that it. What we’re looking for:
- High-School diploma or G.E.D:
- At least 3 years’ experience in the customer service field:
- Experience in data entry preferred:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills:
- Ability to respond professionally under pressure while completing different tasks:
- Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job:
- Hold a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle liability coverage:
