The Role
As the QI Assistant, you will work closely with various teams and Quality Improvement staff to support the development and implementation of initiatives that enhance service quality. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the organization and management of quality improvement activities and process, supporting the evaluation of our services to ensure they meet the highest standards, and collaborating with team members to streamline administrative tasks related to quality assurance.

You are a detail-orientated multitasker with strong organizational skills. You take initiative and are willing to learn new processes. You enjoy working collaboratively and are committed to improving the experiences of those we serve.

- Experience in the field of health and human services or a related administrative role.
- Proficiency in managing electronic health records, quality improvement documentation, and general office tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
