As a ACT Functional Support Specialist, you will be providing recovery focused community and home-based supportive counseling and therapeutic services, as well as linkage to and consultation with community resources for adults with serious mental illness.

The Role
As a ACT Functional Support Specialist, you will be providing recovery focused community and home-based supportive counseling and therapeutic services, as well as linkage to and consultation with community resources for adults with serious mental illness.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field such as Social Work, Psychology or Education is required
- Experience with adults with mental health issues and their families preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job
- Hold a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle liability coverage.
