We are seeking a Strategic Operations Assistant to be office-based in Princeton, NJ. The Strategic Operations Assistant will provide a basis regarding all aspects of communications and development, including fundraising, grant writing, and social media. This person will be responsible for various tasks, including fundraising, grant writing, and social media management.
$17.80/ per hour

We are seeking a Strategic Operations Assistant to be office-based in Princeton, NJ. The Strategic Operations Assistant will provide a basis regarding all aspects of communications and development, including fundraising, grant writing, and social media. This person will be responsible for various tasks, including fundraising, grant writing, and social media management.
$17.80/ per hour
Responsibilities
- Build and update media lists and databases
- Research grant opportunities, and review requests for proposals to determine alignment
- Write, submit, and manage grant proposals
- Draft newsletters and letters for solicitation campaigns
- Assist with administrative duties such as data entry and mailings
- Assist with the planning of annual Cupid’s Chase 5K Race, Golf Outing, and other special events
- Develop and promote effective content to increase engagement and exposure across all social media platforms
- Employee must cooperate with the license and department staff in any inspection, inquiry, or investigation
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of checks of criminal background, central registry, child abuse registry, and drug testing
- Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields or related studies: Public relations, communications, or English and/or other writing intensive major
