We are hiring for full-time & part-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our Wilmington location. Offering 2nd and 3rd shifts including Weekend Warriors!

Direct Support Professional Job Responsibilities but not limited to:
· Provides direct care to those with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
· Performs personal care tasks, including assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding, and ambulation, medical monitoring, and health care related tasks.
· Housekeeping, laundry, bed making, and cleaning.
· Preparing and serving food/meals, and clean-up.
· Encourages self-help activities.
· Reminds and assists clients with self-administration of medications (with proper training).
· Documents- complete all documentation required.
· Ensures client safety and maintaining a safe environment.
· All other duties required by supervisor.
Direct Support Professional Qualifications / Skills:
- · High School Diploma/GED
- · Must be 18 years of age
- · Must have a valid driver’s license
- · Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
