What You’ll Do
As an Employment Specialist, you’ll be the ultimate career matchmaker—helping individuals with developmental disabilities find meaningful, competitive jobs in the community.
You’ll:
- Oversee daily operations of the Employment Services program and ensure regulatory and organizational compliance.
- Supervise Employment Specialists.
- Work closely with the local business community to identify and create employment opportunities.
- Data collection/reporting and budget development/adherence.
- Work cooperatively with Vocational Rehabilitation and the Lincoln County School Districts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree qualifying as a QDDP.
- 5 years of experience in intellectual/developmental disabilities and staff supervision.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
