We are looking for an infant room teacher.In this position we have 4 students or less to 1 teacher. . However, we understand how challenging they can be at this age, but we believe in quality teaching and interactions. Even if you don't have your FCCPC yet we encourage you to apply, we will help you further your education. If you have your credentials this will increase Differentiated Pay. We also offer sick time, earned PTO, and 10 paid holidays a year, plus childcare discount. As per the state regulations we use the clearinghouse to process FDLE background checks. What You'll Do

Responsibilities:

• Provide a nurturing environment for children 6 weeks to 12 months
• Help to provide for basic needs.
• Create a fun and safe learning environment
• Develop schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, cognitive skills, social and emotional growth.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents
• Communicate with parents on students' growth and progress
• Maintain the health and safety of all students

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields is a plus
• Passionate about working with children
• Ability to build rapport with children
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible
• Prefer state DCF hours of 45. Willing to work with right candidate.

Salary : $15 - $17
