Community Nursing Service of Clinton County, a leader in providing home health and hospice services, is seeking a full-time or part-time licensed PHYSICAL THERAPIST to provide care and treatment to patients throughout Clinton and Lycoming counties in the home for patients with pain, mobility, stamina and endurance issues. Physical Therapist responsibilities include initial assessment, care evaluations, preparing individualized treatment plans, progress evaluations, knowledge of physical therapy modalities, and use of high-tech, clinical equipment.
Physical Therapist's service area includes but is not limited to: Clinton and Lycoming counties. One-year physical therapy experience preferred.
