Bank Teller
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Teller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while accurately processing financial transactions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Verify and balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift
- Provide information about bank products and services to customers
- Handle basic customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
- Ensure accuracy in all transactions and compliance with bank policies and procedures
- Assist customers with account-related inquiries such as balance inquiries and account statements
- Uphold confidentiality and security standards to safeguard customer information.
- Identify and report any suspicious activity or potential fraud to the banking center manager.
- Other duties as assigned

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Cash handling or sales experience preferred.
- Prior Customer Service experience preferred
