Position: Faith Services Coordinator
Divison: Central Services
Program: Faith Services
General Overview: Working under the direction of our Agency Minister & VP of Faith Services, you will help coordinate faith and spiritual development programming across CMI's diverse programs. This includes connecting with local faith communities, supporting worship and small group activities, and helping ensure that everyone we serve has meaningful access to spiritual care — whatever their background or tradition.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. At least three (3) years of active membership in a worshiping community required. Comfort with facilitating small groups and public speaking. Strong organizational and communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and video conferencing platforms are required. Valid, infraction-free NYS driver's license required. Formal theological education or ministry training is a plus.
Salary Range: Part-Time. Up to 24 hours a week.
Hours: $24.00 an hour
