Position: CBRP Case Manager
Division: Crisis & Community Services
Program: CBRP
General Overview: Provide Case Management to ex offenders enrolled as participants in the Community Based Residential Programs(CBRP). Develop case planning for high risk offenders. Locate and secure stable housing for all CBRP clients. Maintain relationship with CMI agency staff, DOCCS and Community. Meet with Supervisor on a regular basis to review cases and address barriers within your case load.
Qualifications: Two years of experience in Criminal Justice, Human Services, or a related field. Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice, Human Services, Social Work, or a related field preferred. Current Red Cross First Aide Card and valid NYS Drivers License.
Hours: Full-Time
Salary Range: $39,000 - $43,000, annually.
