CMHA is looking to hire full-time, 2nd shift Residential Monitor for our TLC (Transitional Living Center) Team. This position will be located at 66 Clinic Dr New Britain, CT 06051. Sun-Thurs 4:00pm-12:00am
Compensation Range: The salary range for this position starts at $19.00 per hour.
Compensation for each position is determined not only by years of relevant experience, education, and skills, but also by maintaining internal pay equity. CMHA also takes into consideration our benefits and paid time off package to provide a well-rounded and competitive approach to the applicant’s overall compensation.
Summary
Provides support to the program team by assisting clients with achieving daily living skills and routine activities/chores. Provides staff coverage to the program as identified by program schedule. Assists clients with maintaining all outside appointments and activities by providing transportation and reporting back to program staff clients’ accomplishments and information related to client care.
