The Director of Social Services leads the strategic direction, coordination, and oversight of all social service functions across CMG Access Centers. This leadership role is responsible for supervising Social Services Managers, ensuring compliance with state and federal agreements, and maintaining strong partnerships with external agencies. This position also serves as the key liaison with the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF), oversees outreach initiatives, and enforces company policies across all social service operations.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision to the social services managers and Verification Unit Supervisor.
- Executes and monitors the fee for service agreement between the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) and CMG.
- Identify problems, issues with DCF needing resolution and meet regularly with the Department designee.
- Provide information/guidance to DCF on CMG policies and procedures necessary to effectively execute the agreement.
- Ensures the ACCESS Florida Community Partner Network Agreements are in compliance.
- Maintains relationships with external clients, such as the Voluntary Agencies (VOLAGS) Consortium, Refugee Program Services and other Community Agencies.
- Responsible for coordinating outreach activities and events for community partners.
- Responsible for approving office supplies invoices and expenditures for Access centers and verification units.
- Sets parameters to evaluate how efficiently and effectively the operation is running.
- Ensures there is a safe environment for employees, patients and visitors in all the centers.
- Ensures that all employees conduct themselves according to the policies established by the company.
- Administers disciplinary action according to company policy and submits documentation to the Human Resources Department.
- Ensures that all HIPAA standards are in compliance for Access centers.
- Performs duties in honest and ethical manner.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/related field or related work experience.
- 5 years of supervisory experience.
- Previous experience with DCF or other government assistance programs preferred.
- MS Office programs experience including excel.
