We’re Hiring: Medical Records Specialist II
Community Medical Group is looking for an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Medical Records Specialist II to join our growing team!
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Location: 6100 Waterford District Drive, Miami, FL 33126
Employment Type: Full Time

What You’ll Do:
• Process and maintain patient medical records accurately and confidentially
• Review records for completeness and proper documentation
• Respond to medical record requests in a timely manner
• Communicate with medical centers, providers, patients, and outside organizations
• Help ensure medical records are accurate and readily available when needed
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous medical records or healthcare office experience (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements
• Comfortable working with electronic medical records and computer systems
• Ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
