Community Medical and Dental Care, Inc. is looking to hire a part-time or full-time Medical Receptionist to join our team. Join an enthusiastic team of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional care to patients.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule, and confirm appointments
- Greet patients and assist with insurance issues
- Collect payments from patients
- Complete necessary authorizations, referrals, and prescriptions
- Assist in refiling all charts and lab results
- Close out old patient files according to policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Experience working as a medical receptionist preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Pleasant phone manner
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong computer skills
- Availability to work Sundays and some evenings, preferred
