Full Charge Bookkeeper – We have an immediate opening for a full-time Full Charge Bookkeeper for our fast-paced Sedona, AZ office. This position will be responsible for maintaining financial records, accurate data entry, problem solving and general ledger clean-up. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, professional candidate.
A flexible schedule is available for this position.
Benefits available after 60 days.
Qualifications:
- Bookkeeping experience: 3 years (required)
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping reconciliation principles
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
- Self-motivated to provide excellent bookkeeping services
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full cycle accounting duties
- Prepares monthly financial statements
- Code and enter vendor expense invoices
- Prepare bank deposits
- Ensure accuracy in ledger
- Prepare monthly and quarterly tax returns for multiple companies
- Manage Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
- Reconcile multiple bank statements and credit card statements
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Highly detail oriented, with ability to multi-task
