Community Association Manager

Community Management Specialists is seeking a warm, organized, and service-driven Community Association Manager to join our growing team. Property management experience is valued, but we also welcome candidates with strong backgrounds in hospitality, sales, leadership, or customer service. Training will be provided.
In this role, you’ll serve as the primary liaison between homeowners, HOA boards, vendors, and internal teams. You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations and long-term planning for multiple homeowner associations while ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional care.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience to homeowners and board members
- Leading homeowner and HOA board meetings with confidence and professionalism
- Building strong, trusted relationships with boards, homeowners, vendors, and team members
- Coordinating vendors, maintenance needs, and community projects
- Supporting HOA governance, financial planning, and capital improvement projects
- Communicating proactively and following through on commitments
- Helping create communities where homeowners feel heard, valued, and well cared for

- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Confidence leading meetings and speaking in front of groups
- Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
- A positive, solutions-oriented approach
- Experience in hospitality, management, sales, customer service, or property management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn property management systems
- A genuine interest in building a career in community association management
This position requires occasional evening meetings, use of a personal vehicle, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to the communities we serve.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
