Community Property Manager – Mobile Home & RV Community

Colville, WA | Part-Time, Approximately 20 Hours per Week

This position is located in Colville, WA. There is no onsite office, so administrative work is completed remotely from home. Regular visits to the community are required.

Community Management Group is committed to providing clean, well-managed, affordable communities and excellent service to our residents. Our Community Managers play an important role in the day-to-day operation of our properties and are often the main point of contact for residents.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, customer-service oriented, comfortable using a computer, and willing to learn. Previous property management experience is helpful, but it is not required. We are more interested in finding someone with a good attitude who communicates well, stays organized, and is willing to jump in when something needs attention.

This position offers an opportunity to learn property management and grow into additional responsibilities over time.

  • Assist with notices and other resident communications with support from the Regional Manager
  • Help with leasing, move-ins, and move-outs as needed

  • Help with other community needs and projects as they arise

  • Most maintenance, repairs, landscaping, and specialized work are outsourced to vendors. However, being handy, enjoying landscaping, or being comfortable taking care of occasional small projects around the community would be a plus.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Friendly, professional, and comfortable working with residents
  • Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using computers, email, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Willing and able to learn new software and systems
