Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Second Maintenance Technician to join our team in Chapel Hill, NC. The ideal candidate will have experience in performing maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems in a commercial or residential setting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other building components
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions in a timely manner
• Assist maintenance supervisor with daily work orders
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills
