What are the responsibilities and job description for the Para-educator position at Community Lutheran School?
General Requirements
- High school education or higher
- Certification in CPR, Mandatory Reporting, and any other necessary authorizations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the licensed teacher
- Ability to engage effectively and lovingly with preschool-aged students

- Follow Matthew 18 in conflict resolution.
- Fulfill assigned responsibilities in assisting the teacher.
