Job Description: Part-time (as needed) Teacher Aide/Student Observation
Community Lutheran School is in need of a Teacher Aide/Student Observation to join our roster of experienced, motivated, and effective teaching professionals. The successful candidate will assist our licensed teacher. This position is as-needed for teacher guidance/classroom management, student observation and documentation, supervision, and individual tutoring.

Every day, we encourage our teachers to interact with their students on a personal level and to identify each student's learning patterns. General Requirements
- High school education or higher
- Certification in CPR, Mandatory Reporting, and any other necessary authorizations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the licensed teacher
- Ability to engage effectively and lovingly with preschool-aged students
