About the Role:

The Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) plays a vital role in providing compassionate and direct care to residents in a healthcare setting located in Elwood, 0952. Minimum Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Observe and report any changes in patients' physical or emotional condition to the nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents by following infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
• Support nursing staff with basic clinical tasks and documentation as directed.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care.
