Manager Level
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, Limited License Social Worker (LLSW), 3 years experience (including 1 year with IDD population)
- Salary: Based on experience
Case Workers
- Requirements: Bachelor’s in Human Services, 1 year experience with IDD population
- Starting Salary: $50,112/year
Case Worker Assistants
- Requirements: Bachelor’s in any field, 6 months related experience
- Starting Salary: $47,500/year
Community Health Workers
- Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent, 1 year experience with individuals with disabilities
- Preferred: Medical Assistant or Community Health Worker certification
- Starting Rate: $20.78/hour
