Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Job Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with disabilities and possess expertise in mentoring, motivating, and training.
Duties:
- Provide coaching and support to individuals with disabilities in various employment settings.
- Educate the person supported on social aspects of the workplace and how to navigate them.
- Assist the person supported in reaching their employment goals.
- Be an Advocate for individuals with disabilities in the community.
