- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services
- Support people in reaching their unique goals
- Coordinate and monitor individualized plans
- Advocate for the needs and rights of those you serve
What we are looking for:
- Must have a bachelor's degree in the human services field, or a bachelors degree in an unrelated field with the ability to complete additional state required training.
- At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with disabilities (preferred, but we are happy to train the right person!)
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- A flexible schedule and a strong sense of responsibility
- Diligence, patience, and strong communication skills
