What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Assistant- Temporary position at Community LIFE?
Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday
Summary of Job Duties: This is a temporary position within the Human Resources department. This position is project-based and will primarily involve transitioning files from paper to electronic format, including scanning confidential files into PDFs and saving to Microsoft Teams using appropriate naming conventions. This position requires familiarity with all Microsoft Office apps, a high level of organization, and an ability to work independently and maintain strict confidentiality. This position is temporary (approximately 3-6 months) and is not a temp-to-hire opportunity.
Required Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Office experience preferred.
Required Skills:
- High level of attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in the utilization of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook
- Accurate filing and maintaining filing systems
- Competent working with various computer software programs
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness.
