Join Our Team as a Community Care Aide!
Make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults in your community. As a Community Care Aide, you’ll support adults aged 55 in maintaining their independence by providing compassionate, in-home assistance with daily living activities. Your care helps participants live safely and comfortably in their own homes. Responsibilities include:
- Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
- Meal preparation and feeding
- Light housekeeping
- Occasional support in our adult day center
Location: Homestead, PA
Schedules Available:
- Full Time 7am-3:30pm Tues-Sat
- Full Time: 7am-3:30pm Sun-Thur
- Full Time: Noon-8:30pm Sun-Thur
- Part Time: 4pm-9pm Mon, Tue, Thur, Fri, Sat
- Casual: Minimum 16 hours per month (including a day every other weekend)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting at $16.50/hour, more based on experience
- $2,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time hires
- Daily Pay Available – get paid when you need it

What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Caregiving Experience Preferred
