Algebra/Geometry Teacher Alameda Community Learning Center Schools (ACLC) is recruiting candidates for our High School Math teacher position who are excited to educate in a diverse community and who celebrate differences in culture, background, learning style and thought process. Our teachers love to learn and and are motivated by challenge. Candidates will possess the ability to collaborate with colleagues to create inspired Project Based Learning (PBL) instruction for small classes. Instruction is provided through the use of the Illustrative Mathematics curriculum. Candidates shall be able to redirect behavior using appropriate social and emotional language and skills.
