What You’ll Own
This role is about driving performance and shaping the resident experience:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of a residential community
- Build, coach, and hold accountable your leasing maintenance team
- Drive occupancy, renewals, and resident satisfaction
- Create a community that is clean, safe, and welcoming
- Take ownership of resident concerns and resolutions
- Oversee rent collections, delinquency, and financial performance
- Maintain strong curb appeal and property standards
- Partner with leadership to execute property improvement plans

- Your team knows expectations and performs at a high level
- The property shows well, tours well, and converts leases
- Issues are handled quickly, professionally, and with accountability

Qualifications
Required:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational ability
- Knowledge of Fair Housing and Virginia landlord-tenant laws
- Reliable transportation (as needed for property operations)
Preferred:
- 2 years in property management (Assistant or Community Manager)
- Experience with AppFolio or similar systems
- Experience managing 150 unit communities
- Budgeting and financial reporting experience

Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ( Regional will determine the days per property)
Some weekend or after-hours availability as needed
