Full Job Description
Antioch Adult Behavioral Day Program, a for-profit organization, has an immediate need for a Mental Health Behavioral Coach.
Job Duties:
Position involves the building of skills for persons with developmental disabilities in both on-site and community-based settings.
Provides constant supervision, care, training, and job coaching of clients.
Implements behavioral plans as created by the Behavior Specialist
Provides behavioral intervention methods as needed
Upholds standards for client rights and responsibilities.
You will work alongside dedicated employees who believe in making a difference in the lives of their clients.
Our work hours are consistently set at 7:30 am - 3:30 pm Monday through Friday.
