POSITION SUMMARY
To assist people with disabilities gain and maintain employment. Apply your talents in networking to build strong relationships and secure employment positions for our participants. You would initiate and maintain contacts with a variety of businesses and industries in order to match the participant to the most appropriate job.

While our office is located in Middletown, this position will work hybrid between home, office, and various job sites in the community throughout New Castle County completing the job duties.
- You will need the availability of at least 8am-5:30pm, with the expectation of working 37.5 within those hours of availability. Some evenings and weekends are required for job fairs, networking events, and to assist your caseload if they are scheduled to start their new position then even though a large majority of the duties happen Monday-Friday.
- Some job coaching required as needed.
Experience/Education: 1 plus years of experience in Education, Social Services or Business preferred but not required. Associates or Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
Computer Skills: Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office products, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word.
Requirements: Possess valid driver's license, automobile insurance and access to an automobile. Internet access at home. Able to pass all required background checks.
