Join Community Integrated Health Services (CIHS) on our Trueblood Jail Diversion Team—helping individuals access treatment instead of cycling through the criminal justice system.
This is impactful, system-level work—with real support and a Monday–Friday schedule.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct clinical assessments for diversion eligibility
- Identify need for competency evaluation/restoration services
- Develop individualized treatment recommendations
- Collaborate with courts, prosecutors, and community partners
- Connect clients to services and support follow-through
- Track outcomes and maintain clinical documentation

What You Bring
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- 2 years of clinical experience
- Ability to obtain WA Agency Affiliated Counselor license within 30 days
- Comfortable working in jail, court, and community settings
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Preferred:
- LMHC/A, LMFT/A, or LICSW/A
- Experience with forensic, crisis, or community mental health
