About The Role

UK Driver Preferred (but not essential)

We have an exciting opportunity for caring, compassionate, and talented Support Workers to join a well-established service supporting 6 amazing individuals with learning disabilities.

Your role will focus on promoting choice, wellbeing, and independence, while providing 24-hour support with:

• Personal Care
• Medication
• Finances
• Accessing the Community

• A welcoming home spread across 3 floors
• Shared lounge, kitchen, dining room, and bathrooms
• A fun, friendly environment where everyone enjoys activities like: Arts & Crafts | Swimming | Shopping | Coffee Trips | Walks

Shift Patterns Include

• 7:30am - 3:00pm
• 2:30pm - 10:00pm
• 8:00am - 8:00pm
• 8:00pm - 7:30am (Waking Night)
• 9:30pm - 7:45am (Waking Night)
• 10:00pm - 7:30am (Sleep-In)
  
  

Applicants would ideally be available to work a variety of shifts, including some sleep-ins
